Church Gardeners: Help to keep the outdoor areas around St. Mary beautiful. Twice a year a group gets together on a Saturday morning to mulch and maintain the gardens that surround the church and school property.

Parish Library: St. Mary Parish's library is located in the north end of the undercroft of the church, directly ahead of the hallway leading from the elevator. The library contains a collection of books, periodicals and videos pertaining to various aspects of the Catholic teaching, history, and practice. Donations to the library are welcome. The library is open for browsing on Sundays during mass times: 8:00 am until 12:30 pm. Materials may be signed out on the honor system. Help is needed to staff the library and catalog and organize materials. Mike Patton is the library coordinator, 731-6884.

Parish mailings: Sending notices and information to all 1350 registered parishioners is a big job and help is needed 3 or 4 times a year. Stuffing, folding, and never licking, (cause we got a machine for that) is required for our parish to communicate to its parishioners. Contact Angie Pfaller at 321-1207 for info and interest.

Secretarial Assistance: The parish secretary needs help from time to time with copying, filing, stapling, folding and other everyday tasks. She also needs people willing and able to answer the phones on her days off. Contact Connie if you can help 321-1207.
