2010 St. Mary Festival
The 2010 St. Mary Festival will be held August 20, 21, & 22 with the 5k Race on Thursday, August 19.
Along with the old standards, this year we will be making a few changes and adding some new events and booths. Some highlights:
- Air-conditioned Black Jack and Poker in the undercroft
- Dunking Booth featuring "St. Mary Celebrities"
- 8 new game booths
- Expanded Masterpieces and Bid N Buy Tent
- Consolidated food booths with more tables and space to rest

This year’s FunFest work is well underway, with some fresh, new changes planned to complement the outstanding events of the past. Following recent tradition, we will kick off this year’s festivities with a 5K run through Hyde Park on Thursday, August 19th, and then get into the full swing of things Friday, August 20th through Sunday, August 22th.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Each year, St. Mary relies on the time and talents of individual parishioners to help make the FunFest successful. This year alone, we will need approximately 4,000 hours of volunteer time during the week of the festival, so we will again be utilizing an online volunteer signup system that will help to ensure that everything goes smoothly. This year’s software is new and significantly improved – faster response times and the ability to see all open shifts and times.
