How to Register
- If you are Catholic and live in the 45208 or contiguous zip codes [45206, -07, -09, -12, -26, -27], you may register to join the parish. If you live outside of these zip codes, permission must be obtained by the pastor prior to registration. You may register in one of the following ways if you live in the proper zip codes or have received permission from the pastor:
- Stop in the rectory office 9 a.m. to noon or 1-5 p.m. weekdays to fill out the registration form
- Call the parish secretary Connie Erdmann at 321-1207 to receive the form in the mail.
- Download the registration form and mail it to the parish office at 2853 Erie Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45208
- If you are not Catholic and would like to find out more about becoming Catholic, call Emily Besl Henry at 321-1207 x5526.
- After you register, you will receive parish mailings, including our newsletter The Bell and your envelopes.
- When you register, you can pick up a packet of information about parish activities and ministries - ways to get to know other parishioners or be of service.
